| Job Description : | InnkeeperCreekside Inn Sedona is a Unique Bed & Breakfast nestled next to Oak Creek. We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy & passionate individual who would like to join our team!Duties include:Managing any complaints or questions from guests in a polite and friendly mannerAccepts and processes room reservations, greets, registers & assigns rooms to incoming guests & checks out departing guestsKeeps accurate records of guest accounts. Records & collects payments from guests. Accepts & processes cancellations & any associated refunds necessary for guestsAnswer all emails & third party booking communicationsSend emails & make calls to guests before arrival & email after guests have left to find out about their stayCreate an inventory list for housekeeping & check weekly to make sure they are stocked up on suppliesPerforming room checks upon housekeeping completion prior to guest arrivalsRefresh rooms & sweep patios daily while guests are outFrom time to time will be required to assist with housekeeping duties (laundry, empty trashes, sweep, help with dishes)Works closely with the housekeeping department & notifies housekeeping of late checkouts, room moves, early check-ins, & special requestsLets kitchen staff know of any dietary restrictions for guestsHelp serve breakfast & coffee to guestsYou will often be asked for recommendations for adventures, dining, entertainment, etc. We encourage your feedback & suggestions to each guest; let your personality come thruKeep connection with your guests during their stayStays up to date on upcoming activities in order to assist guests w/ planning their stayMake guest restaurant reservationsMay need to assist in light food prepAble to lift up to 50 lbsHandling transactions, mostly by credit cardCreate a warm and welcoming environment.
