| Job Description : | History Tour Pub Crawl Guide Position: D.C. Crawling is looking for fun, entertaining people to lead our History Tour Pub Crawls. As a Guide, you’ll take visitors from around the globe to 4 bars and provide a History Tour along the way.Who We Are Looking to Hire: Responsible, energetic, and outgoing people with passion. We want people who love going to bars, enjoy public speaking, and like to meet new people from around the world.The ability to memorize and present a script is important. Therefore we are looking for people with presentation backgrounds such as actors and teachers. However, this is not a requirement.Hours and Schedules: Our pub crawls run daily from 3:45 – 6:15pm and 6:45 – 9:15pm.This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. Ability to work weekday afternoons and weekends is a plus.Pay: Guides earn a flat fee of $50 per tour and make more than that on tips from guests at the end of the crawl. On average, guests tip $5-$10 per person. We take groups of 1-12 people each crawl with larger numbers for private crawls.Musts: You must be 21+ years old. Guides are also not allowed to drink while leading a crawl. Guides must be vaccinated against COVID-19.Interested?Great!
