Job Summary:

Manage brand ambassador team, including: hiring, management of staff, coordinating/scheduling appearances, social media, uniforms, personnel, materials, time keeping, etc. Communicate effectively to ensure personnel understand their assignments, goals and responsibilities. Directly supervise the brand ambassador group in the performance of their duties.
Research, plan and coordinate mobile marketing initiatives and collaborate with Marketing department to identify target markets and events. Coordinate resources necessary for maximization of brand presence at community events such as cross-promotional partnerships, coordination of on-site activation branding and ensuring activation is representative of our bran. Develop relationship with Bar Program partners and execute events/contracts.
Coordinate LA Galaxy Watch Parties. Work with various internal departments (Sponsorship, Supporters, etc.) to plan and execute events that are beneficial to multiple facets of our business and enjoyable for fans.
Assist department with special projects, promotional items, vehicles, department purchases, storage, and presentation and operational needs.
Work with team to brainstorm promotional opportunities for halftime promotions, interactive contests, and other in-game experiences that benefit our fans and corporate sales team.
Coordinate with Group/Ticket Sales team to fulfill revenue generating commitments (such as On-Field experiences) while maintaining a fan-focused presentation.
Assist with planning, management and execution of LA Galaxy affiliated events. This includes, but is not limited to, the production and operations of all LA Galaxy preseason games, regular season games, playoff games, non-MLS tournaments (i.e., ICC, CCL, etc.), off-site home games, Season Ticket Member events, watch parties and other targeted games and events, in-game special ceremonies, theme nights, etc.

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree (4-year) In sports, game operations, marketing, or related field from an accredited College/ University required
2-4 years Experience in a similar field preferred
Commitment to the mission, vision and core values of the LA Galaxy
Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, peers, and colleagues across the organization
Is a highly organized and detail-oriented “all-in” team player, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
