Respect for the customer, the brand, our communities, and for each other are at the core of everything we do.Game Masters hold a critical position within the company. Their core responsibilities include excellent customer service, introduction of games to customers, and the resetting of rooms after each customer experience in an efficient and timely manner. This position reports to the Store Lead, and additional tasks may be assigned by them.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Must be available to work nights and weekends (15-20 hours a week)· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and team building skills· Follow through on all customer questions, requests, and resolve concerns as needed· Follow and comply with established company policies, procedures, and safe work practices· Reset rooms with speed and accuracy in a safe and proper manner· Solve technical difficulties with games in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customer experience is not impacted· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.· Assist with closing and opening duties as necessary· Be knowledgeable about our product and overall industryDesired Work Experience: · 1+ years of customer service experience· High School diploma equivalent or higher· High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities· Ability to multitask and remain calm during stressful situations· Navigate a fast-paced and growing environment with a friendly, fun, and energetic personalityCompensation: · Starting salary $15/hourAt BCR Developments, LLC we provide a fair and equal employment opportunity for all team members and candidates regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability.
