Job Description : The Westin Austin at the Domain currently is seeking an energetic, service-oriented Guest Services Representative.The Westin Austin at the Domain is located within one of Austin’s premier destinations, our AAA 4-Diamond Award Winning North Austin hotel puts you in the heart of The Domain featuring upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment.Guest Services representative provides many guest services, working in the lobby or reception area, the position is challenging, varied and offers the opportunity to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.Guest Services Representative Responsibilities:Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations. Know and live the mission and the White Lodging/brand basics. Understand the Hotel Improvement PlanGive a warm and sincere greeting. Check the guest in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner. Use the guest’s name at least twice. Anticipate the guest’s needs and exceed their expectations. Give the guest a fond farewell/warm good-bye. Thank them and invite them back.Runs preliminary reports, processes no-shows, and close of the day, stocks the front desk with daily supplies. Register arriving guests while implementing TRC service standards. Settle guest accounts with the ability to make good business decisions regarding discounts.Must be knowledgeable in making reservations.Greet guests and provide door service and Luggage Assistant service when needed.Ability to operate the multi-line phone. Provide guests with information on local attractions.
