We’ll be happy to tell you more during the interview process! We are hiring for an Executive Producer to service key accounts for our retail-based digital media business. The ideal candidate approaches problem-solving with creativity and analytical thinking, while drawing upon their rich experience in hands-on motion graphics production, a strong & relevant creative background, and a passion for client service. We expect to hire someone who has managed teams and produced for interactive marketing projects (broadcast and/or integrated) – either with an agency, client, or production company. A strong eye for detail, a keen interest in generating sales, impeccable writing & presentations skills, a refined design sensibility, and a team-oriented collaborative mentality are key qualities that we seek! We expect this person to demonstrate their ability to develop, source, and produce first-rate content that serves a larger strategic vision in order to be successful! Position Objectives: Be a Platform Evangelist that maintains, evolves, and innovates network content (HD & 4KTV), programming, and network creative strategy for PRN’s retail media networks. Drive evolution of programming tactics to optimize the consumer experience and support PRN’s business goals; this includes an awareness of the latest consumer engagement methods like QR codes, SMS, geotargeting, camera-driven AI, in-store interactivity, etc. Sell creative strategy to senior-level marketing professionals (media & advertising) using all the tools of the trade (e.g.: pitches, formal presentations, and regularly-scheduled weekly client meetings). Conceive, create, and produce high-quality content & advertising spots that are compelling, entertaining, informative, and meets the needs / objectives of all key constituents (i.e.: retail partners, viewers (shoppers), and advertisers). Proactively seek opportunities to grow client business with new revenue derived from retailer programming, custom content, advertising, and other customer-engagement initiatives. Engage qualified vendors and contractors to support additional work flow requirements. Drive opportunities to improve PRN’s programming & production processes while developing new procedures, as needed, to streamline the workflow and reduce costs. Core Responsibilities: Maintain and grow our client relationships: Partner with VP/Account Director to maintain and grow critical client relationships; this includes leading weekly calls to review up-to-the-minute status of all current projects & initiatives. Partner with Advertiser Services & Sales teams to define and drive the success of designated retailer/venue accounts. Ensure all media is in alignment with specific programming strategies, retailer/advertiser brand guidelines, standards & practices, and editorial calendars. Partner with our Creative teams to produce exceptional content that is on-schedule, on-budget, and on-brand: Work hand-in-hand with internal Account, Sales and Creative Leads as well as external vendors to develop & execute custom programming & advertising while managing to creative requirements, budgets, standards, and schedules. Write scripts, direct voiceover talent, and provide creative direction, as needed, for all content production. Learn and support PRN’s digital workflow while working closely with Media Solutions to assure all media deliveries are aligned with PRN’s technical specifications & critical deadlines. Establish and foster third-party content partnerships while managing the acquisition / licensing of stock assets: Maintain and grow a robust roster of strategic content partners whose programming elevates the consumer experience and entertains shoppers/viewers. Work directly with content partners to build our content library while ensuring appropriate file specifications, quality, and close adherence to broadcast standards / best practices. Leverage the best of stock music, image, and footage libraries while also demonstrating a strong understanding of licensing requirements. Other duties as assigned. Significant industry experience as well as a strong portfolio of excellent work that demonstrates command over all major production disciplines & practices (e.g.: broadcast design, short-form & long-form content, scriptwriting, etc.). Deep understanding and adherence to branding consistency; proven ability to commit to brand guidelines, brand voice, & tone is essential! Exceptional interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. Proven ability to effectively manage budgets as well as vendor relationships. Experience working with high-profile retail accounts is strongly preferred. Strong client-facing presentation skills. Proven ability to maintain awareness about the latest media trends, especially with TV specifications and related technologies, is strongly preferred. Familiarity in digital compression, including the latest file sharing protocols and delivery systems. Familiarity with both PC and MAC-based technologies, as well as a general understanding of creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
