By applying technology and attracting the best talent to drive new ideas, we implement change, and pursue positive experiences for everyone that attends.Thrillville tours nationwide!We strategically partner with amazing venues, specialty acts, food courts, and top-tier carnival midway providers to produce events guaranteed to entertain the whole family year after year.Job DetailsDuties:Lead on-site operations on all days of live event including logistics, travel, lodging, staffing schedules and training.Provide ongoing and timely communications with venue managers, vendors and the festival operations team regarding each event’s structure and needs.Craft and manage event strategies, tactics, project plans and logistics for a cross functional team to execute while also keeping timelines and budgets on track with your outstanding organizational skills.Coordinate contract routing and purchase order requests to ensure the lowest cost and highest quality of service and handle vendor relationships.Compile post event results to highlight customer behaviors that can inform future marketing efforts.Stay up to date on industry trends, releases, and developments.Required Skills:Proven experience in event production management and/or related field.Willing to travel for extended periods and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, specifically around the clock scheduling and operations for the duration of festival events.Ability to partner cross-functionally, lead through influence, and work with a diverse team.Knowledge of event production process, standards, and management; Artistic, scenic, environmental & interior design ability a plus.Excellent written communication skills; capable of articulating both strategic recommendations and detailed tactical plansAbility to operate and thrive in a fast paced, environment.A critical eye, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to learn new things.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractSupplemental Pay:Commission payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Events management: 1 year (Preferred)Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Willingness to travel:50% (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
