Digital Producer needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located on East Coast.
This can be remote.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Will be working with the creative team. This is a digital/interactive producer with project management skills. (the position will be a combination of both)
The Digital Producer manages digital, web, interactive and custom video projects from intake through final delivery. This includes building design schedules, prioritizing project tasks and understanding and implementing interactive best practices.
The team’s current workload is about 90% Ad Sales and Corporate projects, and 10% other projects
Provides project and creative management for digital, web and interactive team, and oversees the design execution and development of websites, custom hubs, interactive articles/newsletters, rich media ads, sweepstakes, landing pages, and custom video ad solutions.
Supports internal clients including Ad Sales, Corporate serving as the project lead and main point of contact.
Communicates and collaborates with clients throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Defines resource needs, creates detailed schedules and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Communicates clear, detailed and on-strategy direction to team for every assignment; including specs, copy and creative direction.
Leads daily staff meetings to review progress and monitor workloads.
Holds design and development team accountable for work quality, providing assets and tools to guide workflows and ensure attainment of KPIs.
Works closely with brand teams and external vendors to execute rich media ads and other custom high impact units in the media buy.
Holds creative kick-off for projects with external vendors, managing process and deliverables.
Manages outside vendors, when necessary. Onboards new vendors, creates shopping carts and provides PO #s for billing.
Oversees Quality Control, ensuring content and the user experience are aligned with project goals and all specifications are correct. Establishes consistency across messaging and design.
Must have knowledge of HTML and WordPress
