Global Creative Content is the in-house creative production team within the marketing group! We handle on-set interview and behind-the-scenes coverage, content shoots, featurettes, digital content, media promotions, in-theater creative, press marketing assets, etc. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Vice President of the Creative Content as well as creative support for the Creative Content team.

Manage calendar and schedule/coordinate meetings, appointments, etc. for EVP
Submit PO’s and invoices, as well as assist in management of campaign budgets and accounting
Traffic, organize, and catalogue A/V materials and assets for each film campaign
Prepare reports and presentations in PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, and MS Word as required
Assist in the coordination of special shoots
Provide content (A/V files, photography, etc.) to outside vendors
Coordinate meetings by reserving conference rooms, issuing meeting invitations and providing handouts
Arrange international and domestic travel itineraries and compile travel documentation and expense reports
Prepare agendas and notes for meetings as required
Handle confidential information and materials regarding upcoming films
Light research duties as needed
Contribute creatively to conversations and brainstorms around marketing strategy and EPK pertaining to content capture and special shoot materials.
Participate in the coordination of large specialty content shoots working closely with internal teams, production vendors, talent teams, and department heads.
Work directly with talent teams to negotiate and book glam and car service for shoots.
Vet content through the legal and clearance review process.
Track cumulative A/V and legal feedback and address editorial changes and QC with vendors and producers.
Work with all marketing departments coordinating their various needs including requests for footage, assets and finished material.
Maintain all departmental charts, documents and drives including tracking versions of content, organizing and labeling files, as well as archiving files and hard drives.

Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years of experience working in a studio, network, or agency environment preferred

Additional Qualifications:
Highly proficient with software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote; able to quickly learn other internal systems used for maintaining and submitting creative assets
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with executives, staff, external vendors, and agencies
Able to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines calmly
Organized and meticulous with the ability to manage multiple high priorities; able to appropriately prioritize work and proactively anticipate and manage time
Internet savvy
Self-motivated with a positive outlook in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
Have a creative mind willing to participate in brainstorming sessions and idea generation
Interested in learning about marketing and the studio side of entertainment, including a strong interest in the scripting and/or production of marketing-related special shoots
