| Job Description : | OVERVIEW The Creative Coordinator is an integral part of the UPHE Marketing organization responsible for coordinating the collective efforts of the Global Creative Services team. RESPONSIBILITIES Digital asset management and organization on Mac. Routing and tracking of creative elements for approval to internal departments. Transfer of files via FTP or cloud storage for use by multiple parties. Perform some basic artwork manipulation using Adobe Creative Suite i.e. converting file types and color spaces, simplifying Photoshop layers, resizing, isolating elements and creating new files, etc. Assisting Creative Managers and Directors as needed for daily project tasks. The responsibilities associated with this position are not limited to the above description and may be modified at any time by the company. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of marketing or related experience managing projects. 1+ years of administrative experience, working with web-based systems, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered. Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), and Acrobat experience preferred. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management, and willingness to give assistance to peers in other areas. Strong team player. Detail‐oriented, good follow through, able to multi‐task, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities. Embraces the NBCUniversal values of ownership, pioneering spirit, teamwork, creativity, and integrity. Prior internship and/or entertainment or creative agency experience preferred. Experience and knowledge of Audio/Video formats preferred. Familiar with corporate PO systems, billing and invoicing preferred. Here you can be your authentic self.
