| Job Description : | As an Entertainment Technician at Turning Stone Resort Casino, you will have the opportunity to be an essential contributor to executing a variety of shows and events we host at our Resort location.Duties & Responsibilities:Provides exceptional customer service, follow-up, and attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively with varying levels of organizationsEfficiently operates with a critical eye to deliver a quality product safelySupports initiatives in keeping all equipment in good working conditionAccurately performs show operation tasks during performances as requiredAssists with sound, lighting, and video equipment installationsAble to circuit, wire, plug, and patch audio, lighting, and video equipmentAble to operate a variety of equipment including but not limited to audio consoles, lighting consoles, spot light, video cameras and switchers.Maintain and repair entertainment related equipment.Remains relevant and knowledgeable of industry trends & equipmentPossess and demonstrates a working knowledge of forklifts, high-reach equipment,Assists in the preparation, monitoring, and managing of the annual operating budgetOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalency required; Technical schooling preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in lighting, live audio, and video production preferredMust have current knowledge of industry standardsProficiency with AV Solutions over IP Networks preferredETCP certification preferredExcellent written and verbal skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and database softwareOutstanding time management and multi-tasking skillsAble to shift priorities and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong customer service skills while remaining calmMust be available to work a flexible work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to obtain the applicable regional Gaming LicenseJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Employee discountPaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOn callWeekend availabilityExperience:Sound & Audio Engineers & Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
