Guests will hang suspended, feet dangling, before a 65-ft spherical screen while our attraction takes them over and through some of America’s most iconic and breathtaking landscapes.www.BeyondTheLens.comPosition SummaryRole model of the company’s mission while promoting company values and guiding principles.Effective verbal and written communication.Excellent attendance, time-management, and organizational skills.Ability to build a strong network within the industry.Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.Build employee and customer engagement through support and motivation.Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and reports.Facilitate staff meetings to ensure communication and guidance are provided to management staff.Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications to include cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction and acquisitions.Implement established policies on pricing, ticket sales, and merchandise sales.Recruit, train, and maintain talented staff.Prepare and review operating statements, financial statements, and departmental sales records.Oversee merchandising activities and determine appropriate promotions, clearance sales, or other price adjustments.Perform audits to support facility planning.Oversee and direct maintenance personnel engaged in equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.Review project quality assurance to ensure deliverables are completed.Confer with Corporate to develop strategies and initiatives to fulfill the company’s mission, increase the audience, and ensure financial stability and growth.Confer with owners to determine budget requirements.Schedule: Must be available to work all days of the week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises staff.Qualifications: The successful candidate must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years progressively responsible leadership experience preferably with attractions, theme parks, or similar high-volume entertainment venues (Preferred).On-the-Job Training: 40 hours provided for this position.Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
