YOUR STORY

The Associate Creative Director will contribute to our client teams thinking differently and more broadly about creative solutions. The Associate Creative Director will conceive and bring ideas to life creating impactful campaigns that deliver powerful results. Excited about breaking new ground to lead progress, she/he will evangelize and support new thinking and be a champion of creativity internally and externally by collaborating with our existing strategy, graphic design, environmental design, business development, and account management teams. This is an opportunity that will suit an ambitious professional who relishes being part of a growing business and a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing, branding, and creative development to drive emotional engagements, whether live, virtual, or hybrid. This person must be comfortable presenting and defending ideas to multiple audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Bridge strategy and design with an impactful creative treatment aimed at achieving client goals.
Author Creative Briefs to rationalize your creative and to organize cross-functional teams in responding to RFPs from prospects and clients.
Develop multi-sensory experiences to bring brands to life and inspire action among live and virtual audiences
Amplify experience design by shaping meaningful brand interactions throughout an attendee’s journey.
Lead discovery sessions and workshops internally and with both prospects and clients.
Orchestrate creative deliverables by translating RFPs and Strategy Briefs to cohesive proposals.
Bring the engagement strategy to life creatively, ensuring that the creative concept can “live” and is effective across the various channels chosen for delivery
Understand and empathize with the audiences being targeted to deliver creative concepts that resonate and prompt the required response
Provide creative solutions in response to client and new business briefs; use creative expertise to interpret the strategic vision and make it tangible and deliverable
Work closely with client teams and, as appropriate, clients to provide added-value insight and counsel on creativity and what is possible

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Six to 10 years’ experience in consulting, agency, advertising, or brand side creative concepting
Be an exceptional storyteller
Promote successful client and agency relationships
Expert written and verbal skills
Well-versed in the latest experiential and digital marketing trends
Experience with top-tier companies and marketing programs (preferred)
Knowledge of the latest technologies and how to apply them to creative concepts
A strong track record of manifesting brands’ marketing strategies in the digital and physical space
An ability to navigate an organization’s varying stakeholders and create consensus
Effectively manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
